Responsibilities

- Supports piping engineering needs across global businesses in projects and site support.
- Knowledge on tools such as CAESAR II, Navisworks, Smart Plant Review, Nozzle Pro, etc.
- Familiarity with industry codes such as ASME B31.1, 31.3, 31.4, 31.8, API-570, API for valves, commonly used ASME, API ASTM codes.
- Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities.
- Demonstrated leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Experience in live Plant Operations a plus
- Reviews project and contractor deliverables as requested to ensure compliance with project specifications, Design Practices, Codes standards, and best practices. Participate in inter-disciplinary document review, design reviews, 3D model reviews, risk assessments.
- Perform activities involving Plot plan, Piping layout, Stress Analysis, material, valves, specialty items, spring, special support datasheet preparation and review.
- Perform the troubleshooting in existing piping system and recommend acceptable solution.

Qualifications





- Minimum 8 years of experience in responsible roles in Static Piping and valve engineering surveillance / inspection activities/Troubleshooting activities for projects/Operation in the Oil and Gas Industry.
- Minimum Bachelor of Engineering degree with 60% or above CGPA.
- Working knowledge on piping arrangements, piping isometrics, plot plan, equipment layout, Piping materials take-off, piping material specifications, valve material specifications, data sheets, vendor proposals, Stress analysis and piping supports.
- Knowledge on CAESAR II, Nozzle Pro, Navisworks, and SPR review, and related tools.
- Familiarity with industry codes such as ASME B31.1, B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, API-570, API for valves, and commonly used ASME/API/ASTM codes.
- OG experience in green and brown field projects, piping, valves and materials, codes and standards, Caesar II, Nozzle Pro, Navisworks and SPR review.

Preferred Qualifications/Experiences

- Experience in live Plant Operations.
- Brown field engineering or construction and commissioning.
- Fixed Equipment operations and engineering experience.
