What You Will Do
- Drive Operational Excellence
- Disputes/Deductions Management
- Collections Management Oversight
- Key activities inclusive of but not limited to: Proactively manage assigned accounts through the invoice to cash
- Help execute against key KPIs and targets as set by the team manager
- Ensure all processes are compliant with internal and external audit requirements.
