Job Summary

We are looking for an SAP BW-IP/BPC Senior Consultant to join the EY GDS - TechOps Team. As part of our EY GDS - TechOps team, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance and optimization of our SAP ABAP Applications in alignment with our business objectives in a multi-region environment. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to address issues, implement enhancements, and optimize applications to deliver seamless global operations support to global clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Planning Consolidation
- Design, develop, and support planning applications using SAP BW Integrated Planning (BW-IP) and SAP BPC Embedded.
- Configure and maintain planning models, planning functions, planning sequences, filters, aggregation levels, and data slices.
- Develop and enhance complex planning logic using FOX Formula Coding.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting processes.
- Participate in planning cycle execution, data validation, allocations, and forecast simulations.
- Configure and support Real-Time Consolidation (RTC) solutions.

- BW/4HANA Development
- Develop and maintain BW/4HANA data models using:
- ADSOs
- Composite Providers
- InfoObjects
- Open ODS Views
- Design and optimize data acquisition, transformation, and loading processes.
- Perform data reconciliation and ensure high-quality data availability for planning applications.
- Support system performance tuning and optimization activities.

- SAP HANA ABAP Development




- Develop and support HANA Calculation Views and CDS Views.
- Build custom business logic using ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP).
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize planning-related developments.
- Support integration requirements between BW, BPC, and source systems.

- Reporting Analytics
- Develop and support planning and reporting templates using Analysis for Office (AO).
- Design reporting solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of reports and planning input schedules.

- Workflow Security
- Develop and maintain Business Process Flows (BPF) to support planning and consolidation processes.
- Configure and administer BPC security roles and authorizations.
- Support user access management and role-based security controls.
- Ensure compliance with governance and audit requirements.

- Support Operations
- Provide L2/L3 support for planning and consolidation applications.
- Troubleshoot application issues, performance bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies.
- Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end planning and consolidation activities.
- Create technical documentation, test scripts, and knowledge transfer materials.
