Responsibilities

- Daily MIS Reporting: Prepare and circulate Daily Business MIS within defined timelines.
- Daily MIS Reporting: Track sales, orders, revenue, collections, leads, dealers, distributors, inventory, dispatch and other business KPIs.
- Daily MIS Reporting: Consolidate data from different departments and locations.
- Daily MIS Reporting: Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reporting calendars.
- Daily MIS Reporting: Ensure reports reach management before the agreed cut-off time.
- Daily MIS Reporting: Highlight major deviations, gaps and exceptions to management.
- Data Management Accuracy: Collect data from Sales, Distribution, Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Operations, HR and other departments.
- Data Management Accuracy: Validate data before publishing any report.
- Data Management Accuracy: Identify duplicate, missing, inconsistent or incorrect data.
- Data Management Accuracy: Maintain master databases and ensure proper version control.
- Data Management Accuracy: Establish data accuracy checks and reconciliation mechanisms.

- Dashboard Management Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards for Sales Revenue; Order Booking; Dealer Distributor Performance; Lead Generation Conversion; ASM / ZSM / RSM Performance; Product-wise Sales; Region-wise Sales; Inventory; Dispatch; Collection Outstanding; Purchase Supply Chain; Employee Productivity; Department-KPI / OKR.
- Dashboard Management Reporting: Prepare Management Dashboard / CEO Dashboard / Business Review MIS as required.
- Business Analysis: Compare Actual vs Target on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Business Analysis: Analyze MTD, QTD and YTD performance.
- Business Analysis: Identify top-performing and underperforming regions, teams, products and channels.
- Business Analysis: Prepare variance and trend analysis.
- Business Analysis: Identify business risks and performance gaps.
- Business Analysis: Provide data-backed insights to management.

Convert raw data into meaningful management information.
- Automation Process Improvement: Automate repetitive MIS reports wherever possible.

- CRM / ERP Data Monitoring: Monitor data quality in Zoho CRM / ERP / other business systems.
- CRM / ERP Data Monitoring: Track required fields, data completeness and user compliance.
- CRM / ERP Data Monitoring: Identify incorrect or incomplete transactions.
- CRM / ERP Data Monitoring: Coordinate with departments to correct system data.
- CRM / ERP Data Monitoring: Prepare system-based reports for management.
- CRM / ERP Data Monitoring: Support implementation of new MIS and reporting systems.
- Monthly Business Review Support: Support management in preparing Monthly Business Review (MBR), Weekly Business Review (WBR), Quarterly Business Review (QBR), Sales Review, Distribution Review, Operations Review, Department KPI Review, AOP / Budget tracking. Prepare presentations, dashboards and analytical reports for review meetings.

Requirements

- The ideal MIS Executive should not be only an Excel operator.
- He/she should be able to answer: What happened? Why did it happen? Where is the gap? Who owns it? What action is required?
- The candidate should have a solid data + business + analytical mindset.
