We're hiring for a Premium International Voice Process with leading MNC BPO clients in Bengaluru.

Job Role: Customer Service Executive International Voice
Location: Belandur / Kormangla and Whitefield (Work From Office Bengaluru)

Shift: US/UK Night Shift
CTC: Up to 5 LPA + Performance Incentives
Working Days: 5 Days Working

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls for US/UK clients
- Perform customer verification and account validation
- Resolve customer queries with First Call Resolution (FCR)
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team
- Update CRM with accurate customer interaction details
- Meet CSAT, AHT, and Quality targets

Eligibility:

- Undergraduates & Graduates
- Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable working in US/UK night shifts
- Basic computer knowledge
