Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Plant HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations at our manufacturing plant in Porbandar. The candidate will be responsible for employee relations, manpower planning, recruitment, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, performance management, training, and overall HR administration at the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle at the manufacturing plant.
- Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce deployment in coordination with plant management.
- Manage employee relations and address workmen/employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
- Coordinate with contractors and manage contract labour, attendance, manpower records, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with payroll/HR teams for attendance, leave, overtime, salary inputs, and employee records.
- Support performance management, appraisal processes, and employee engagement initiatives.




- Identify training requirements and coordinate training & development programs for plant employees.
- Maintain HR MIS and prepare regular reports related to manpower, absenteeism, attrition, overtime, recruitment, and compliance.
- Support plant management in implementing HR policies and improving employee productivity and discipline.
- Coordinate with Safety, Administration, Production, Quality, and other departments on people-related matters.
- Assist in audits, inspections, and documentation related to HR and labour compliance.
- Drive employee engagement, welfare activities, and a positive workplace culture.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/MBA/PG in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or a related field.
- Overall 3 to 6 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/plant setting.
- Strong understanding of plant HR, employee relations, labour laws, contract labour, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in handling blue-collar/workmen and contractor manpower will be preferred.
- Good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to work closely with plant leadership and shop-floor teams.
- Knowledge of HRMS/ERP and MS Office.
