We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager ERW Production to lead ERW tube manufacturing operations and drive production, quality, productivity, yield and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve annual, monthly and daily ERW production targets.
- Manage Tube Mill operations and optimize machine capacity and utilization.
- Ensure production plans and OTIF delivery are achieved.
- Improve Slitter Yield and Tube Mill Yield and reduce material wastage.
- Improve OEE, Tons/Shift, UPH and manpower productivity.
- Reduce rejection, weld defects, process losses and customer complaints.
- Drive TPM, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, SHE and statutory requirements.
- Lead shop-floor production teams and develop supervisors/operators.




- Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Materials, NPD, TQM and HR.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 12+ years of experience in ERW Tube / Steel Tube / Precision Tube / Hydraulic Tube manufacturing.
- Robust hands-on experience in Tube Mill and Slitting operations.
- Good understanding of production planning, process control, yield improvement and OEE.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen and continuous improvement.
- Strong shop-floor and manpower management experience.
- Candidates from ERW / Hydraulic Tube manufacturing backgrounds will be preferred.
