As a Senior associate in finance Transformation EPM, you will play a key role in technology-enabled finance transformations, with a focus on Enterprise Performance Management, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled finance capabilities. You will support clients in translating strategic ambition into measurable outcomes by contributing to transformation efforts from finance vision and operating model definition through execution and value realization

Role & responsibilities

Work on challenging and rewarding Finance Transformation EPM engagements with multidisciplinary teams

- Advise clients on optimizing financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and dashboards
- Conduct current-state assessments and organizational diagnostics on finance and performance management processes, and assist in identifying improvement opportunities
- Assist in defining business and functional requirements for EPM solutions, including planning models, assumptions, forecasting logic,



and application configuration
- Support the design, build, migration, and testing of multi-dimensional data models, including dimensions, hierarchies, and attributes
- Perform hands-on design and configuration of EPM components, including workflows, data sources, transformation/business rules and calculations, metadata, cubes, process flows, controls, and system security (e.g., Oracle FCCS, ARCS, Profitability & Cost Allocations, Oracle EPM planning modules such as Workforce, Capital, Project, and Finance Planning, or Onstream)
- Develop input templates, reports, and analytical dashboards
- Support data integration and import processes, including source systems, data mappings, validations, and reconciliations
- Implement calculations leveraging business rules and formulas (allocations, top-down spreading, currency logic, etc.)
- Contribute to process optimization for EPM-enabled finance improvements across Consolidation, FP&A;, allocations and core finance processes
- Support vendor and EPM software selection activities, including business requirements gathering
