Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and maintain mainframe systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CICS transactions and applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of current applications and changes.
- Develop and implement procedures for system maintenance, backups, and recovery.
- Monitor system logs and perform regular security audits to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Provide technical support and training to junior team members.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in mainframe systems administration, preferably with CICS.
- Strong knowledge of mainframe operating systems, including z/OS and z/VSE.
- Experience with CICS transaction processing and application development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for mainframe systems administration.
