Leading on-site operations

Keeping an eye on budget and contracts

Responsibilities
- Ensure operational excellence in reception, meeting/event setup, hospitality, mailroom, and helpdesk services as per contract and brand standards.
- Collaborate with 3rd party vendors, event partners, and catering for seamless service delivery and process improvements.
- Foster a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Workplace Ambassadors, leading a visible, high-impact team responsible for managing team floors, internal meeting spaces, and serving as the primary point of contact for employees across the workplace
- Internal Event Planning and Venue Management, delivering seamless employees and client events
- Partner closely with outsourced Food Beverage operators to ensure alignment with hospitality vision, standards, and employee experience outcomes
- Build trusted relationships with employees, leaders, and clients through presence, empathy, and attention to detail
- Maintain strong on-floor leadership with regular walkthroughs and real-time coaching
- Support complex, high-profile events and engagements with flawless coordination
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, global partners,
and external vendors
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
