Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design engaging learning materials such as e-learning modules, presentations, and posters using Canva, Figma, Power BI, and other relevant tools.
- Develop dashboards to track learner progress and provide insights on training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality content that meets business objectives.
- Ensure all designed assets are visually appealing, user-friendly, and accessible across various devices.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in talent development or a related field.
- Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Power BI, Poster Design software.
- Robust understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
