Job Summary:

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates, and maintaining recruitment documentation and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, consultancies, and referrals.
- Screen profiles and coordinate interviews with HODs and Management.
- Follow up with candidates until successful onboarding.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, agreements, JR (Job Responsibilities), and CL (Employee Checklist).
- Conduct employee induction and complete joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database,



and employee records.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies and replacement hiring when required.
- Perform additional recruitment-related tasks assigned by Management.

Qualification & Experience

- Any Graduate
- 2 - 7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Skills

- Solid sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and recruitment consultancies.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet deadlines.
