Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Manager Operations to manage end-to-end operations of a construction centering and scaffolding rental business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day branch and regional operations.
- Monitor inventory, asset utilization and fleet deployment.
- Coordinate logistics, transportation and customer deliveries.
- Manage branch setup and expansion activities.
- Identify and evaluate recent locations for branch expansion.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies.
- Coordinate with contractors, builders, vendors and transport partners.
- Handle warehouse/yard operations and material movement.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance and Purchase teams.
- Ensure operational efficiency, safety and compliance.




- Prepare operational and expansion-related reports.
- Support branch profitability and business growth.
