Responsibilities

- We are looking for experienced Solution Architects to lead the design and delivery of Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions across customer implementation programmes in the EMEA region.
- The role involves owning solution architecture, translating business requirements into scalable solutions, leading process and design workshops, supporting implementation teams and ensuring successful delivery through go-live and beyond.
- The role requires strong customer-facing skills, expertise in WMS solution design and the ability to work across multiple concurrent customer programmes.




- Resources will support EMEA business hours and may be required to travel during critical project phases.
- Lead end-to-end WMS solution architecture, business process design and implementation delivery while working closely with customers, project teams and stakeholders across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

- 12+ years of overall skilled experience.
- Experience in WMS solution architecture and implementation.
- Strong experience in product and business solution design.
- Ability to lead business diagnostics and process analysis workshops.
- Experience defining as-is and to-be business processes.
- Experience preparing solution design documents.
- Experience developing functional specifications.
- Ability to design functional business process test scripts.
- Experience supporting user acceptance testing and business sign-off.
- Strong understanding of WMS configuration and business process alignment.
- Experience supporting implementation teams through go-live and post-go-live.
- Ability to identify and communicate project risks and issues.
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work across multiple concurrent customer programmes.
- Willingness to travel during critical project phases.
