Required Skills

- Overall 6-7 years of SAP product experience, including 5 years of work experience with SAP Concur.
- Solid hands-on SAP Concur Expense implementation and configuration experience.
- Experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA integrations.
- Knowledge of Travel Expense policies, VAT, Tax, and Compliance requirements.
- Experience with Credit Card Feeds and Reimbursement Processes.
- Proficiency in Concur Intelligence (Cognos) Reporting.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management and Communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather business requirements and conduct workshops with Finance, HR, and Tax stakeholders.
- Configure SAP Concur Expense, including Expense Types, Policy Groups, Forms, Audit Rules, and Workflows.
- Manage integrations with SAP ECC/S4HANA, SuccessFactors, Workday, and other enterprise systems.




- Support Corporate Card Feeds (AMEX, Visa, Mastercard) and Reimbursement Processes.
- Execute SIT, UAT, and Testing while ensuring Policy Compliance and Audit Controls.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and manage SAP Concur Releases.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Concur Intelligence (Cognos).
- Create training materials and support user adoption initiatives.
