Role Summary

We are looking for a Solution Architect to support the design, implementation, integration, and scaling of a human-verified AI patient engagement platform built for premium ophthalmology practices.

The role will act as a bridge between business teams, product teams, engineering, IT, customer success, and external clinic partners. The Solution Architect will be responsible for understanding clinic workflows, defining technical solution designs, supporting integrations, ensuring secure and scalable implementation, and helping convert business requirements into practical technology solutions.

This role requires a robust understanding of SaaS platforms, healthcare workflows, AI-enabled products, API integrations, data security, and enterprise IT governance.
