As a Virtual Family Benefits Advisor, you'll meet with individuals and families through virtual consultations, helping them understand available benefit options and guiding them toward solutions that fit their unique needs.

Responsibilities

- Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom and phone to understand client needs
- Educate clients on available supplemental benefit options
- Recommend personalized solutions based on each familys goals
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and ongoing communication
- Assist clients throughout the enrollment process and provide continued support
- Maintain organized schedules, documentation, and digital client records
- Deliver professional, service-focused interactions that build trust and confidence
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development

Minimum Qualifications
