We re looking for a Product Manager who understands the Shopify ecosystem and SaaS products deeply and can take complete ownership of product strategy, roadmap, execution, and growth.

You will work closely with founders, designers, developers, and marketing to build remarkable features that solve real merchant pain points and enhance product adoption, retention, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy Vision

- Own the product roadmap end-to-end.
- Identify merchant problems, research opportunities, and define solutions.
- Analyse Shopify trends, app store patterns, user feedback, and competitive insights.
- Translate high-level business goals into clear product requirements.

Execution Delivery

- Write detailed PRDs, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely release of features.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Design, Dev, QA, Marketing).
- Run sprint planning, backlog grooming, and roadmap prioritization.

User Research Merchant Experience

- Talk to merchants regularly to understand their workflows and challenges.
- Conduct usability studies, gather feedback, and optimize user journey.
- Improve onboarding, feature discovery, and retention metrics.

Data-Driven Product Decisions

- Define and track KPIs like activation rate, adoption, churn, NPS, conversion, and LTV.
- Use analytics tools to make informed decisions.




- Run A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses.

App Store Go-to-Market

- Own app listings, updates, screenshots, release notes.
- Collaborate with marketing to support content strategy and feature launches.
- Optimize for App Store reviews, ratings, and search ranking.

Required Skills Experience

- 3-7 years of experience as a Product Manager in Shopify Apps, E-commerce SaaS, or B2B SaaS.
- Solid understanding of Shopify merchants, Shopify admin UX, checkout experience, and app store ecosystem.
- Ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with cross-functional dev teams (UI/UX + Backend + Frontend).
- Comfortable with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Shopify App Analytics).
- Strong ownership, bias for action, and problem-solving mindset.

Nice to Have`

- Experience launching or managing a Shopify app in the App Store.
- Understanding of Liquid, React, Polaris, Node.js, or tech workflows.
- Background in e-commerce, DTC brands, or merchant-facing products.
