- Manage the procurement process for raw materials, packing materials, consumables, and other necessary items required by the company.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
- Plan and coordinate purchases to ensure timely delivery of goods while minimizing costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years of experience in material procurement or related field (FMCG industry preferred).
- Solid knowledge of raw material sourcing, vendor negotiation, purchase planning, and inventory control.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g., production teams) as well as external suppliers.
