Role and Responsibilities:

Balaji Construction is hiring a Senior Billing Engineer - Civil for an in office role.

Experience: 3-5 years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma - Civil Engineering

Location: Dahej, Gujarat / Project Site

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify Client & Subcontractor RA Bills, Final Bills and MB/e-MB.

Conduct site measurements, quantity take-offs and BOQ verification.

• Reconcile executed, certified and billed quantities.

• Prepare Deviation, Variation, Extra Item and Substituted

Item statements.

• Prepare rate analysis as per CPWD/PWD DSR/SOR and contract provisions.

• Check RCC, reinforcement, shuttering and finishing quantities.

• Carry out material and quantity reconciliation.

• Coordinate with clients,



consultants and site teams for measurements and bill certification.

• Verify subcontractor bills and measurements.

• Prepare billing MIS, cost-control reports and project documentation.

• Track bill certification, deductions, recoveries and payments.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction billing / quantity surveying.

• Strong experience in building/infrastructure projects.

• Government project experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of RA Bills, MB/e-MB, BOQ, quantity reconciliation and rate analysis.

• Good proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
