Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Digital Marketing Trainee to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our marketing team to learn the ins and outs of digital marketingfrom managing social media platforms and creating engaging content to understanding basic SEO, email campaigns, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management: Assist in scheduling, drafting, and publishing posts across social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Content Creation: Write compelling copy for social media, blogs, newsletters, and promotional ads.
- SEO & Website Maintenance: Learn basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) practices, perform keyword research, and help update web content.
- Email Marketing: Help design, draft, and dispatch email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
- Campaign Support:



Assist in setting up and monitoring paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (website traffic, engagement, leads) and help prepare monthly performance reports.
- Trend Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and competitor marketing strategies to propose fresh ideas.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Skills & Interests:

- Basic understanding of major social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
- Curiosity and a strong willingness to learn new digital tools and technologies.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Bonus Points:

- Prior experience running a personal blog, social media page, or relevant internship.
- Familiarity with basic analytical tools like Google Analytics.
