We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to drive capability-building, leadership development, and employee learning initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying skill gaps, designing impactful learning programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop learning solutions.
- Design and deliver onboarding, functional, behavioral, and leadership development programs.
- Partner with business stakeholders to address capability gaps.
- Manage LMS platforms, learning content, and external training partners.
- Measure learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.




- Support career development and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Requirements:

- 9+ years of experience in Learning & Development.
- Solid stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Experience with LMS and digital learning solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage.
