Role & responsibilities

About the Role

- Ownership of Key Supply Chain metrics such as Fill rate, Forward & Reverse Losses, Inventory Hygiene.
- Monitor shipment flow, Open pendency, damages, process adherence, material handling for Minutes Supply Chain
- Focus on execution of initiatives / product features from E2E perspective
- Point person for liaising between Product / Tech / Ops/Quality and Design teams
- Program manage the prep for key events such as BBD and ensure loss reduction by employing the predefined and/or newly identified/aligned levers
- Manage Assets operations by close monitoring of operations, stakeholder management & designing right playbooks
- Pull up input and output loss metrics to generate insights/RCA on loss reduction
- Process review and improvement in all function areas where CT interacts
- Provide inputs to Product with CT's point of view after collaborating inputs from various stakeholders
- Conceptualize and own action items to reduce losses across minutes supply chain

Qualification

- B-tech or MBA (Preferred candidates from Tier I/II MBA institutes)
