Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, onboard and develop Insurance Advisors/Agents

Drive health insurance business through the Agency Channel

Achieve monthly sales and business targets

Train, motivate and support agents for productivity

Build strong relationships with agents and customers

Conduct regular field visits and business reviews

Ensure adherence to company processes and IRDAI guidelines

These responsibilities are consistent with current health-insurance agency sales roles,



which emphasize advisor recruitment, activation, training, relationship management and target achievement.

Candidate Profile:

Graduation mandatory

Minimum 1 year experience in Insurance / BFSI / Financial Sales preferred

Candidates with Health Insurance / General Insurance / Agency Channel experience preferred

Solid communication & relationship management skills

Target-oriented and willing to work in field sales
