You will play a crucial role in guiding the team towards achieving project goals while fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.
