Job Title: SAP CFIN Technology Architect

Profile and Skills:

- 15 to 20+ years of SAP experience with a strong SAP ABAP and technical architecture background.
- Deep expertise in RICEFW, ABAP RAP, Fiori, UX technologies, SAP Mobility, and BRF+.
- Minimum one CFIN implementation experience as an architect with comprehensive knowledge covering Source System, Replications, CFIN, SLT and downstream systems
- Deep expertise in integration architecture using SAP SLT, SAP AIF, APIs, IDocs, RFC, OData, and other integration technologies.
- Strong experience with SAP BTP services and extension architecture including ABAP Cloud, CAPM, HANA Cloud, Build Process Automation
- Positive understanding of integration technologies such as ALE, SAP CPI, PI/PO, EDI, APIs, and event-based integration.
- Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and release management practices.
- Experience in at least 3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong understanding of the technical value proposition of S/4HANA over ECC.
- Experience across Greenfield, Brownfield, and Bluefield implementation approaches.
- Strong knowledge of development standards across template build, rollout, and AMS/support phases.
- Good understanding of change management, release management, technical governance, and quality assurance.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills.
- Degree from a reputed institution preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and support SAP technical architecture for ECC, S/4HANA, CFIN, BTP, integration,



and development workstreams.
- Define and govern integration architecture using SAP SLT, SAP AIF, APIs, IDocs, RFC, OData, and other integration technologies.
- Define solutions for AIF error handling, monitoring, reprocessing, and interface governance.
- Work with clients and internal teams to assess technical requirements and design fit-for-purpose SAP technology solutions.
- Support solutioning, estimation, proposal inputs, technical presentations, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Advise clients on SAP development standards, technical design principles, SDLC processes, tools, accelerators, and quality protocols.
- Support S/4HANA roadmap and readiness assessments, including custom code analysis, remediation planning, and technical impact assessment.
- Design scalable and maintainable development architecture across RICEFW, Fiori, BTP extensions, APIs, workflows, and integrations.
- Provide technical governance during design, build, test, deployment, and support phases.
- Review technical designs, development estimates, build quality, code standards, and delivery risks.
- Support delivery teams in resolving complex technical issues across SAP development and integration areas.
- Contribute to change, release,



and DevOps processes for SAP transformation programmes.
- Work closely with functional, integration, security, data, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure aligned solution design.
- Support the creation of reusable assets, accelerators, templates, and technical best practices.
- Mentor SAP technical consultants and developers, providing guidance on architecture, quality, and delivery standards.
- Stay current with SAP technology trends, especially S/4HANA, BTP, clean core, extensibility, automation, and AI-enabled development.
