Responsibilities

- Prepration of Capacity planning for (N+3 month) across plant and ensure action taken
- Actions to ensure 100% on time Customer supply
- Ensure Safety stock as per norms for zero delivery failure
- Planning of child part requirements (I/H, B/O and Imported)
- Ensure planning through MPS MRP
- Production planning as per Cust plan
- Analysis and C'measure implementation for Inventory more than Norms (FG/RM/Child parts-Domestic and Imported)
- Ensure Premium Freight cost control
- Drive initiatives for Material Flow Optimisation across plant (KANBAN, VSM etc.)
- Inventory variance control ( SAP vs Actual)
- ECN/PCN management
- Ensure Supplier part procurement on time
- Ensure Safety stock as per norms for Y and Z parts
- Ensure timely release of scedules to the respective Supplier
- Supplier Portal Management
- 1- Ensure complience on shop floor w.r.t. various standards (Eg IATF/ISO14001/45001, Customer Audit, EHS etc.)
- 2- Ensure correct master data in SAP
