Job Description: FlexPLM Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced FlexPLM Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of FlexPLM solutions. The ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of retail domain, FlexPLM, extensive experience in product lifecycle management (PLM) systems, and a strong background in solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Have 15+ years of deep and broad expertise in the architecture, design, and deployment of FlexPLM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop detailed technical specifications, system architecture diagrams, integration and data migration plans.
- Oversee and participate in the configuration, customization, implementation & roll out of FlexPLM modules.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet performance requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and ensure the quality of delivered solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to FlexPLM implementations.
- Stay updated with the latest FlexPLM features, enhancements, and industry best practices.




- Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users to maximize the utilization of FlexPLM solutions.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure effective delivery of FlexPLM solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FlexPLM processes.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience as a FlexPLM Solution Architect or similar role in PLM implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of FlexPLM modules, architecture, integration and data migration capabilities.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) concepts, retail domain and best practices.
- Experience with configuring and customizing FlexPLM solutions to meet specific business needs.
- Proficiency in relevant technologies and programming languages (e.g., Java, XML, PTC Windchill).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
- Certifications related to PLM, FlexPLM, or solution architecture are highly desirable.
