What would you do
- We are seeking a Capital Markets Analyst with 2-5 years of experience in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), onboarding, KYC reviews, and compliance operations to support institutional and corporate banking clients. The role is responsible for conducting complex onboarding and due diligence reviews, managing escalated cases, minimizing operational risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting operational excellence initiatives.
What are we looking for
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor-s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in Client Lifecycle Management, KYC Operations, Onboarding, or Capital Markets Operations.
- Solid understanding of customer due diligence, onboarding workflows, screening processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of sanctions screening, beneficial ownership, FATCA, CRS, and customer risk assessment methodologies.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and decision-making skills.
- Experience supporting junior team members, quality reviews, or process improvement initiatives is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced SLA-driven environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational workflow systems.
Working Conditions
The candidate must be flexible to work US, EMEA, APAC, or rotational shifts and be willing to extend shift hours during transitions, remediation initiatives, client implementations, or critical operational events, as needed.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- - Review, analyze, and process complex onboarding, account maintenance, and client remediation requests.
- Perform comprehensive KYC and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews, including risk assessment and documentation validation.
- Conduct sanctions, PEP, adverse media, and regulatory screening investigations.
- Investigate and resolve escalated onboarding exceptions, documentation gaps, and compliance concerns.
- Review beneficial ownership structures, legal entity documentation, and high-risk customer profiles.
- Support tax documentation reviews and validate compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Maintain detailed case documentation, investigation summaries, and audit-ready records.
- Provide guidance and floor support to junior team members on policy interpretation and case handling.
- Identify process risks, control gaps, and operational improvement opportunities and share actionable recommendations.
- Meet defined SLA, productivity, quality, and compliance targets while ensuring adherence to all client and regulatory requirements.
