ROW IB team is seeking a highly motivated Investigation representative to help manage daily operational activities centrally across FCs. Our teams' objective is to perform the research and investigation on paymen disputes across fulfillment centres. The Investigation representative will support in virtual investigation while ensuring program standards for individual and team performance are met. A Investigation representative at ROW IB is responsible for research workflow and investigation, flow of information among stakeholders and taking day on day decisions accurately in a timely manner.

A day in the life
A Investigation Representative is responsible for completing the research and investigation in a timely manner within an ambiguous environment using data analysis and other tools.



This requires high level of ownership by facilitating flow of information, reporting progress and identifying blockers & providing resolutions. An Investigation Representative will insist on high standards by effective research and identifying gaps and risks in current mechanisms.

About the team
Rest of World Inbound (ROW IB) team is a vertical of ROW APEX, India Operations. Our team objective is to provide the hassle free and smooth inbounding experience to all sellers and vendors across amazon fulfillment centres. The team is responsible to addressing the payment disputes across fulfillment centres and perform rescue operations, and contingency management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Associate's degree or above, or Master's degree or above
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Experience managing time efficiently, meeting personal goals, and working effectively with internal, partner, and customer teams
- Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence, or experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis
