The Role

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t see social media as simply a content calendar.

You should understand what makes people stop scrolling, what makes a brand desirable, and what makes someone want to walk into a store and buy.

You will be responsible for taking Bonsoir’s social media from being a product showcase to becoming a distinctive fashion brand platform .

You will work closely with the founders, design, merchandising and creative teams to develop and execute Bonsoir’s social media strategy.

What You'll Do

- Own Bonsoir’s social media presence across Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Develop the content strategy, calendar and overall visual direction for the brand.
- Create content concepts around fashion, styling, craftsmanship, fabrics, occasions and the Bonsoir lifestyle.
- Develop compelling Reels, carousels, stories and static content that are relevant to a young, premium audience.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end content process — from idea and scripting to shoot coordination, publishing and analysis.
- Work with photographers, videographers, designers, models, influencers and creators to execute campaigns and shoots.
- Identify emerging social media trends and translate them into content that feels relevant to Bonsoir rather than copied from other brands.
- Build a consistent brand voice and visual identity across social platforms.
- Write solid captions, hooks and copy that communicate the brand’s personality.
- Track performance metrics and continuously improve content based on what works.
- Monitor competitors and the broader premium fashion landscape to identify opportunities.
- Explore collaborations with influencers, creators, stylists and relevant fashion/lifestyle personalities.
- Support launches, seasonal collections, wedding campaigns, store activations and other marketing initiatives.
- Help grow brand awareness, engagement,



followers and ultimately store and website traffic.

What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of Instagram, particularly Reels, Stories and short-form video.
- Excellent sense of fashion, aesthetics and visual storytelling.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to turn a simple product into an interesting piece of content.
- Someone who understands the difference between content that gets views and content that builds a brand.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and internet culture.
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple shoots, campaigns and deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset — you should be comfortable looking at numbers and asking why something worked or didn't.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- A strong portfolio or examples of social media work will be highly valued.
