Project Role Description : Provide L1-L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

Key Responsibilities : Experience with Microsoft O365 SharePoint Technical Administration and migration from On-Prem SharePoint to O365 SharePoint Experience with managing user tickets related to data, O365 licenses assigning and management, or OneDrive data with Experience using a broad range of vendor tools for system deployment, testing, migration, monitoring, and debugging Previous experience of SharePoint on-premise to SharePoint online migrations Provide input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance
Qualified Attributes : - ITIL - Excellent communication skills
Educational Qualification: BE, Btech
