- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).

- Robust knowledge of application configuration and release management processes.

- Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain high availability.

- Familiarity with cloud-based software deployment and integration techniques.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).

- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
