Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain large-scale data pipelines using GCP tools such as BigQuery, Data Flow, and Pub/Sub.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop complex SQL queries to extract insights from massive datasets stored in BigQuery.
- Troubleshoot issues related to data processing, storage, and retrieval on the Google Cloud Platform.
Job Requirements :
- 7-9 years of experience in a similar role as a Data Engineer or equivalent position.
- Solid proficiency in Python programming language with expertise in Looker reporting tools.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets stored in BigQuery and ability to write efficient SQL queries.
- In-depth knowledge of GCP services including Data Flow, Pub/Sub, Storage buckets etc.
