1+ years work experience in Mortgage loans, property insurance, client servicing, customer service, banking services, banking operation and banking solutions
Required Education
Commerce or Arts Graduate / master-s degree

Roles and Responsibilities:

Excellent oral and written communication
Ability to read and interpret Flood Insurance,



Property Insurance, and other Mortgage documents
Monitors insurance expirations to ensure receipt of evidence of renewal or replacement insurance coverage prior to expiration
Ensure all timelines are met with accuracy as per agreed SLA
Manage to perform both processor & Reviewer role based on the business demands
Maintain a positive work setting by developing supportive relationships with the team members
Primary interaction is within your team and your direct supervisor
You will be given detailed instructions on all tasks that need to be carried out, and the decisions that you make will impact your work
Should be willing to work in Night shift (US timings) whenever required.
