Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Payable Clerk located in Gurgaon. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounting transactions, and supporting the finance team. Daily tasks include verifying expense reports, reconciling statements, communicating with vendors,



and ensuring timely payments.

Qualifications

- Proficient in Finance and Accounting principles
- Experience with Accounting Software and familiarity with bookkeeping practices
- Skilled in managing Invoicing processes and verifying financial records
- Strong Communication skills for vendor coordination and internal collaboration
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in an in office environment
- Bachelor‘s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
