About the Role : This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Current Delhi. The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries related to insurance products, providing accurate information about insurance plans, and guiding customers through the purchase process.

Responsibilities :

- Maintaining customer records
- Achieving sales targets
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Participating in sales meetings
- Contributing to the overall objectives of the sales team

Qualifications:

- Bachelor‘s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field

Required Skills :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products
- Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus

Pay range and compensation package : Salary bracket - 3 to 4 LPA

Location : Gurugram, Haryana

Interview mode : Face to Face

Working days - 6 days with 1 rotational off
