Key Responsibilities
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Meet with clients to understand their interior design requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales journey.
- Collaborate with the design and project execution teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor‘s degree in Business, Marketing,
or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in interior design, modular furniture, home décor, real estate, or related industries is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
