Key Responsibilitie

- s:Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and concern
- s.Provide accurate information regarding insurance policies, premium calculations, and policy statu
- s.Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams and ensure timely follow-u
