What would you do

- The Analyst in Trade Operations is responsible for end-to-end ownership of trade processing, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation for equity and fixed income products. The role acts as a subject matter expert (SME), handling complex transactions, mitigating risk, and ensuring high standards of accuracy, control

What are we looking for

- - Preferably Graduate in MBA/ Commerce/ with good understanding on Investment Banking Operations domain

- Good verbal and written communication

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Willing to work in night shifts (between 4pm IST to 2am IST) and 100% RTO

- Willing to work in Indian Holidays

Roles and Responsibilities:

- - Manage and oversee confirmation and matching of trades with brokers and counterparties

- Ensure timely affirmation across global markets (US, EMEA, APAC)

- Investigate and resolve complex unmatched or disputed trades

- Provide sign-off for high-value or sensitive transactions

- Ensure timely and accurate settlement of trades in line with T+1 / T+2 cycles





- Monitor settlement pipeline and proactively manage settlement risks and fails

- Investigate and resolve failed trades, coordinating with custodians, brokers, and clearing houses

- Able to communicate the issues & escalate if needed

- Identify cash breaks (funding, settlement, dividend/interest-related mismatches)

- Identify position breaks (quantity mismatches, missing/extra positions)

- Analyze root causes such as settlement delays, booking errors, corporate actions impact, or timing differences

- Follow set procedures & ensure training completion on time

- Act as escalation point for critical settlement issues. Provide guidance on complex transactions and exception scenarios

- Able to communicate the issues & escalate if needed

- Perform assignments/tasks
