Shift: UK / US Shift (Night / Evening)
Salary: 3.2 6.5 LPA + Incentives + Night Allowance

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound calls from international (UK/US) customers
- Resolve queries related to billing, orders, or services
- Deliver excellent customer experience and first call resolution
- Update customer interactions in CRM tools
- Achieve targets: CSAT, AHT, Quality scores
- Eligibility Criteria:

- Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
- Comfortable with night shifts and rotational offs




- Basic computer & typing skills
- Freshers & experienced both can apply
