Roles and Responsibilities:

- - FUNCTIONAL EXPERTISE:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Loan Operations Day 2 activities in Commercial / Consumer Loans
Adequate knowledge in reviewing and interpretating the loan documents
Ability to review and complete loan maintenance / service requests such as Payments, drawdowns from approved RFC, Fee, Waivers, Interest Rate Corrections, Charge offs, Billing schedule changes, ACH/Auto Debit Set-up, Cash Recon, Extensions, Payoffs etc.




Recommend feasible solutions to resolve existing transactions/payments issues and Rejects and Unapplied Cash and Past Dues.
Identifies and solves customer billing related problems in loan accounting system
Ability to manage complicated/regulatory reporting and reconciling activities (SCRA, HUD, CIP, LR/LAR)
Ability to perform accurate data input to the loan accounting system per established procedure
Track all pending/outstanding loan servicing request with specific timeline
Ensure that day-to-day tasks are completed on the agreed deadlines and quality per the SLA.
Execute quality control measures with respect to loan servicing
Identify process gaps and areas for reducing the manual intervention through various process improvement ideas

Win the confidence of client through regular and proactive actions.
Adhere to the processing guidelines and meet the accuracy targets set by the team lead
