Job Summary
- Responsible for quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, estimation, billing, cost control, contract administration and project coordination.
- Key Responsibilities Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs from drawings.
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets.
- Verify contractor RA and final bills.
- Conduct quantity reconciliation.
- Prepare tender documents and compare quotations.
- Monitor project costs and prepare MIS reports.
- Coordinate with project, procurement and finance teams.
- Review variation orders and contracts.
