Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Site Supervision & Execution:
- Oversee daily construction tasks, structural work; and concrete pours according to approved drawings & specifications.
- Set out site coordinates, levels, and structural layouts.
- Supervise site labour, contractor to ensure target deadlines are met.

- Quality Control & Quality Assurance (QA/QC):

- Inspect raw materials (cement, steel, aggregates) and review test reports (cube testing, slump test, and tensile test).
- Ensure strict compliance with structural standards, local building codes, and standard engineering specifications.
- Prepare and process Checklists (RFI - Request for Inspection) before every major concrete pour or structural installation.

- Resource Management & Progress Tracking:

- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), weekly schedules, and material reconciliations.



Maintaining and updating all site records as per HAL Works Manual & tender documents.
- Track material usage to prevent wastage and ensure timely procurement requests.

- Technical Coordination & Problem Solving:

- Interpret GFC (Good for Construction) structural and architectural drawings.
- Identify design discrepancies on-site early and coordinate with structural engineers/architects for resolution.
- Billing activities including measurement of work done at site.

- Safety & Compliance:

- Enforce EHS (Setting, Health, and Safety) protocols on site.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure 100% adherence to PPE usage.
