Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ products, bundles, and product options.
- Configure pricing rules, discount schedules, and approval workflows.
- Build and maintain quote templates and document generation.
- Support contract lifecycle activities, including amendments and renewals.
- Participate in testing, production support, deployments, and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience configuring products, bundles, and product rules.
- Experience with pricing rules, discount schedules, and approval processes.
- Familiarity with quote generation, document templates, and contract management.
- Basic understanding of the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process.
