Responsibilities

- Project Supervision: Supervise projects from start to finish, including civil, electrical, plumbing, interior, etc.
- Worker Supervision: Supervise workers, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion.
- Daily Site Supervision: Monitor all daily site activities and ensure smooth work progress.
- Site Inspection: Check work progress, quality, and compliance with drawings and plans.
- Drawing & Requirement Follow-up: Understand and follow drawings, layouts, specifications, and project requirements.
- Work Scheduling: Plan and manage daily and weekly work schedules.
- Work Method Monitoring: Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with required standards.
- Safety Compliance: Identify safety risks and ensure proper use of PPE and safety rules.
- Material Management: Check material requirements, availability, delivery,



and proper usage.
- Project Planning Support: Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities.
- Documentation & Reports: Prepare daily site reports and maintain proper records.
- Meeting Participation: Attend site meetings, give updates, and discuss project issues.
- Supplier Sourcing: Find reliable suppliers for quality materials at competitive prices.
- Vendor Relations: Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Market Research: Check market prices, material quality, and availability.
- Purchase Recommendations: Suggest suitable suppliers and materials based on quality, cost, and availability.
