We are hiring a Finance Head for a fast-growing, digital-first D2C consumer brand that is disrupting the oral-care category and has built a strong market presence within a short span.

This is a high-ownership leadership role for a finance professional who can partner closely with the business and drive financial planning, performance, compliance and decision-making.

Location: Gurgaon ( On site - 5 days a week)

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall finance charter and set financial goals

Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and MIS

Drive corporate accounting and financial/regulatory reporting

Strengthen financial controls, processes and SOPs

Lead FP&A;, revenue assurance, banking, taxation and accounting

Build weekly visibility into P&L; and cash flows

Drive quarterly consolidated financials and audit/board reporting





Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax and regulatory requirements

Partner with leadership on fundraising, debt/equity and due diligence

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and financial governance

What We‘re Looking For

✅ CA Qualified / MBA - Finance

✅ 5–7 years of relevant experience

✅ Strong experience in D2C / FMCG / consumer businesses

✅ Strong understanding of reconciliation, sales and financial controls

✅ Experience across accounting, FP&A;, taxation and reporting

✅ Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills

✅ Ability to operate in a high-growth, entrepreneurial setting
