Senior Coder (L5) - 7-9 years of clinical experience

Medical or any associated educational background

Coding experience with relevant certification.

Expert-level knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS Level II.

Robust knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.

Proven ability to interpret complex clinical documentation.

People management skills and client engagement experience.

Experience managing a market/portfolio and supervising 2-3 coders.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filters, VLOOKUP, etc.).
