Job Description:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, DBT, and GCP services.

- Develop and optimize DBT models for data transformation, data cleansing, and business logic implementation.

- Build and maintain data solutions using Google BigQuery, including complex SQL queries, data modeling, performance optimization, and cost optimization.

- Develop Python scripts and automation for data ingestion, transformation, validation, and pipeline monitoring.

- Work with GCP services to build secure, scalable, and reliable cloud-based data solutions.

- Implement data quality checks, testing, documentation, and monitoring within DBT and data pipelines.

- Troubleshoot pipeline failures, data issues, and performance bottlenecks, ensuring timely resolution.

- Collaborate with Data Analysts, BI teams, application teams, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver reliable datasets.

- Follow best practices for data modeling, ETL/ELT, version control, CI/CD, and Agile development.

- Optimize BigQuery workloads and DBT transformations for performance, scalability, and productive cloud resource utilization.
