Cluster Training Manager Banca Channel

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead training initiatives across multiple branches/clusters for the Banca channel.
- Conduct product, process, sales, and compliance training for bank relationship managers and insurance sales teams.
- Develop training programs based on business requirements, performance gaps, and new product launches.
- Train teams on life insurance products, policy features, advantages, underwriting, and sales processes.
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for new employees.
- Provide training on Banca sales techniques, customer handling, lead generation, cross-selling, and conversion.
- Work closely with Branch Managers, Cluster Heads, Regional Heads, and Bank RMs to identify training needs.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, productivity, and business performance.
- Conduct refresher training and coaching sessions for underperforming employees.
- Ensure teams are updated on IRDAI guidelines,



compliance requirements, company policies, and regulatory changes.
- Prepare and maintain training calendars, MIS reports, attendance records, and training effectiveness reports.
- Support branches during new product launches, campaigns, and business drives.
- Use role plays, case studies, presentations, and practical sales exercises to improve learning outcomes.
- Conduct field/branch visits to observe sales performance and provide on-the-job coaching.
- Coordinate with the central/L&D; team to implement standardized training programs across the cluster.
- Track key training KPIs such as training completion, productivity, activation, conversion, persistency, and business performance.

Essential Requirement :

- Minimum 10 to 12 Years of overall experience in Branch Managerial Role in the Banking Industry.
